Looking for HVAC / ventilation contractor – dryer exhaust backfeeding through bathroom vents in condo townhome I’m looking to hire someone experienced with dryer exhaust, bathroom ventilation, backdraft dampers and/or condo ventilation systems to diagnose an unusual issue in a condo townhome. Problem When the dryer is running, noticeably hot air blows OUT of one of the bathroom ceiling exhaust fans, even though the bathroom fan itself is switched off. After running the dryer, the bathroom becomes very humid and I am now seeing large water/condensation droplets forming on the ceiling around the bathroom fan and around a nearby pot light. That pot light is also currently not working. This does not appear to be normal shower condensation because it happens in direct relation to running the dryer.
